Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 5 days of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or processed. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at info@swankyheels.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Refund Process
If your order is eligible for cancellation and a refund, we will process the refund back to your original method of payment within 1 week. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Cancellation of Custom Orders
Please note that orders for personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests for custom orders, but we cannot guarantee a full refund in such cases.
Late Cancellation
If you request a cancellation after your order has been shipped or processed, you may still be able to return the items for a refund under our Refund and Returns Policy. However, you may be responsible for shipping costs and other associated fees.
Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
